Deleitosa is a municipality located in the province of Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain. According two the 2010 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 834 inhabitants.William Eugene Smith went in 1950 to Deleitosa, to show the poverty of Spain with photographs, during Francoist Spain.
