Midlands DivisionMidlands 5 East (North) is an English Rugby Union League.

Midlands 5 East (North) is made up of teams from around the East Midlands of England who play home and away matches throughout a winter season. Promotion and relegation determine the makeup of the league each season with promoted teams moving up to Midlands 4 East (North). This is currently the basement league of club rugby in the East Midlands and any club in this region wishing to join the rugby union club hierarchy must begin at the bottom so all new teams from the East Midlands start in Midlands 5 East.
