Lithuania–Russia relations (Russian: Российско-литовские отношения) are the bilateral foreign relations between Lithuania and Russia. Lithuania has an embassy in Moscow. Russia has an embassy in Vilnius, with consulates in Klaipėda. The two countries share a common border through Kaliningrad Oblast, an exclave of the Russian Federation.

Ambassador to Russian Federation is Rimantas Šidlauskas, ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania is Vladimir Chkhikvadze.
