Shatsk (Ukrainian: Шацьк, translit.: Shats`k, Polish: Szack) is a small town in Ukraine, in Volyn Oblast, to the north-west of Kovel. It is the administrative center of the Shatsk Raion. It has approximately 6,000 inhabitants.

The village is situated in a picturesque area in the western part of Volyn Woodlands, surrounded by lakes, which are sometimes called Shatsky (Big Black, Svitjaz, Pulemetske, Luke Liutsymer, Somynets, Karasynets, Ozertso).

The town was first mentioned in 1410. During the Polish Defensive War it was the battlefield of the Battle of Szack between Polish forces of general Wilhelm Orlik-Rueckemann and the Soviet 4th Army.

The current estimated population is around 5370 (as of 2011).
